environment is the second phase of an environmental sanitation project to treat waste sludge and improve wastewater
services, using advanced technology, at the Nhieu Loc-Thi Nghe waste water treatment plant.

Project Cost : 2,713,301,036 THB (Included Provisional Sum 465,312,896 THB)

Start date : 25 May 2017
Convey the wastewater from the east side of the Saigon River without treatment to the underground constructed plant of the wastewater treatment by a large diameter interceptor pipeline
Wastewater Treatment Plant component will treat the wastewater collected in the NLTN basin and in the D2 areas
Sewerage in District 2 Area component will complement the larger flood protection measures for HCMC which are being planned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD)
Improve environment and boost tourism as well as economic growth in the southern hub upon completion
